For India CS, it is a “Work from Home” model. For all of their scheduled hours, VCS employees are required to work from a home office that has been authorized by Amazon. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and a ‘work-like’ environment at the home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.

Requirements for Amazon VCS Job

• The minimum educational requirement is a 10+2 Pass (candidates should not be pursuing any full-time course)
• excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• With 24/7 shifts (Day/Night Shifts) and rotating week offs, flexibility
• The Internet connection speed of no less than 10Mbps at home
• PAN card, active personal bank account, and E-Aadhaar card
• Independent of the original skill, flexible to support multiple skill sets (Voice & Non-voice)
